Fall Friday and Saturday Youth Sailing

Thank you for your continued support of Rincon Sailing. We have listed our Friday and Saturday Youth Sailing Session dates for the Fall, Winter and Spring. Session times are 9am – 12pm. We encourage you to sign up to keep your sailing skills strong throughout the year. Along with seamanship and sailing on our Hobie Getaway boats, we are including windsurfing, kayaking, snorkeling and swimming in our curriculum. All classes are weather & wave dependent. Any classes needing to be rescheduled will be moved to the next calendar date or sailing camp that works for you. Sessions are $40. If you register for multiple weeks or 2 or more family members ask us for the promo code.

In July 2024  we moved to our new location at Almendros Beach (PIN HERE)! We are so happy with our relaxed change of venue and had positive feedback from our supporters about the beach. Park in the parking lot, walk down to the beach and walk to the left. We are keeping our boats and equipment behind the wall. You’ll see the boats come out from the gate.

We will be hosting a three day Thanksgiving Sailing Session November 25, 26, 27, 2024. We hope to see you during that holiday week. We’ll be sending the registration link out for the holiday session at the start of October.

Please share our details with any interested parties.

By Philip Walzer, published to Old Dominion University
