Build on your groups dynamics with an experiential sailing lesson focusing on team building, problem solving, decision making, judgement, logistics, and risk management off the blue coastal waters of Rincon, Puerto Rico.
We’ll break the sailors into smaller groups. The format will be a short on land lesson of how a sail works (push/pull), parts of the sailboat, rigging, points of sail, and safety guidelines. Sailors will get on the water sailing, practicing the points of sail (upwind, across and down wind, sailing directions, slowing, stopping and making the boat go. Each sailor will rotate through positions and jobs on the boat.
9am – 12pm, $60 per participant.
